Leftover ratatouille with frankfurter

1 portion, 1 pot

Time needed: 10 minutes prep, 30 minutes cooking


  • 2 pointed peppers (one green, one red)
  • 2 (not too tasty) tomatoes
  • 3 frankfurters
  • salt
  • oil
  • water




Core the peppers, cut it into stripes and cut the tomato. First put the pepper into a pot with 100 ml of water and spoon of oil and cook it with lid on for about 20 minutes. Add tomato, sausage and salt and cook it for an other 10 minutes. That is my easy version, here you can a more complicated one.
